And everyone else that's got a good attorney whom can file quickly in court.

I agree with rfh:  BMG are German and Jap!  That's plenty of reason to not only dig deep, deep into their pockets because of their abhorrant practices but also, let's get them expelled from this country altogether!  (Like any other slim).  

The bottom line is that this wasn't an innocent mistake.  It was an overtly criminal act designed to limit our choices as Americans...and more concerning, an attempt to, simply stated, bring us harm.  

It's like a latent, attack, stemming back from WWII.  You can't trust either of those companies, and especially Germany; you can't trust those nazi-krauts!</description>
